The material is composed of the following three components based on a weight ratio: binding component: curing component: filler=1: 0.1-1: 0.1-1, wherein the binding component is prepared from the following raw materials based on parts by weight:1-100 parts of glycidyl ester epoxy resin, 1-100 parts of aliphatic epoxy resin, 1-60 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 1-60 parts of glycidyl ester and ether diluting agent; the curing component is prepared from curing agent and curing accelerator; the filler is powdered material like active silica, active aluminum hydroxide, active aluminum oxide, active magnesium hydroxide, active wollastonite and active diatomite.
