Summary:The invention discloses a biodegradable perforated plate for adsorption and biodegradation of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants as well as its preparation method. The method comprises the steps of: spraying distilled water into a container loaded with liquid nitrogen for rapid refrigeration so as to prepare spheroidal ice ball particles, which are sieved by a sieve and then placed in a mould cavity for compaction; mixing 10 mass percent of a poly-beta-hydroxybutyrate chloroform solution and 10 mass percent of a polyoxyethylene chloroform solution fully in a volume ratio of 5:1, cooling the mixture, and then pouring it into the mould loaded with ice ball particles for freezing molding, then carrying out demoulding and vacuum freeze drying for removing chloroform and ice ball particles, thusobtaining a composite perforated plate of poly-beta-hydroxybutyrate and polyoxyethylene; culturing the perforated plate in a culture solution of petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria for 24h, thentaking it out for air dryi
