Summary:The invention provides an elevator docking device. The elevator docking device is provided with a docking detector (20) having a light sending part (21) sending lights and a light receiving part (22) receiving the lights; polarized light filters (28) arranged on front surfaces of the light sending part (21) and the light receiving part (22) respectively to transmit the lights in a determined polarization direction; and a docking detecting plate (27) arranged in opposite to the docking detector (20) in a state that a cage (4) docks in an elevator waiting hall (101) and provided with a reflecting part (29). The reflecting part polarizes and reflects the light, so as to make the lights sent from the polarized light filter (28) arranged on the light sending part (21) to transmit from the polarized light filter (28) arranged on the light receiving part (22).
