The invention discloses a production process of microorganism additive for Chinese softshell turtle, comprising the following process steps: firstly selecting bacillus subtilis, nitrobacteria, denitrifying bacteria and actinomycetes as strains; secondly, adding 400kg of cleaning tap water in a reactor, sterializing for 60min, then stirring and raising the temperature; thirdly, taking 10kg of brown sugar and 15kg of peptone, dissolving the brown sugar and peptone in warm water, then adding in the reactor, sterilizing for 60min, then stirring for raising the temperature to be more than 30 DEG C; fourthly dissolving the strains in warm water with the temperature being 40 DEG C, then adding the strains in the reactor, and under the stirring state, culturing the strains for 48h at the temperature being 35 DEG C; fifthly, when the micropropagation condition is checked to be good, adding strain partners, stirring for 15min, and then checking the growth condition; and sixthly, packaging and weighing.
