Summary: | A positive electrode (105) is configured of an alloy that contains aluminum as a component and also contains nickel. Aluminum is a metal material that has light reflectivity and electrical conductivity, while nickel is a metal material that has hole injection properties when oxidized. Nickel is deposited on at least a part of the surface of the positive electrode (105) (deposited nickel (1051)), and a nickel oxide layer (1053) is formed on the surface of the deposited nickel (1051). An aluminum oxide layer (1052) is formed on the surface of an aluminum layer (1050). The nickel oxide layer (1053) is connected to an interlayer (108). A negative electrode, a functional layer that contains at least an organic light emitting layer, and the like are laminated on the interlayer (108). |
