Summary:A horizontal wheel feeding frame for a steel-bar hoop bending machine comprises an underframe (10), an upright frame (20) fixed on the underframe, and a rotatable wheel disc (30) arranged at the upper end of the upright frame, wherein the wheel disc (30) comprises a wheel stand shaft (31) and a cylindrical wheel stand (32) connected on the wheel stand shaft (31); and the wheel stand shaft (31) is of a cantilever structure and is arranged on one side of the upright frame (20). Due to the adoption of the technical solution, a steel bar can be freely fed into the hoop bending machine on the wheel feeding frame without being affected by external radial torsion force; a hooping of the bent hoop is very flat; and no stress is generated inside the steel bar in the machining process, so that the bent shape and the performance of the steel bar can be kept for a long time.
