Summary: | Functionalized gold nanoparticles, preparation methods and applications thereof are disclosed. The functionalized gold nanoparticles are formed by bonding gold nanoparticles with N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol, and N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol is directly coated on the surface of the gold nanoparticles. The functionalized gold nanoparticles are prepared by directly reducing HAuCl4 with N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol, wherein N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol is used as reducing and stabilizing reagents. The diameter and morphology of the prepared gold nanoparticles can be regulated by changing the ratio of HAuCl4 to N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol. Moreover, The functionalized gold nanoparticles can be used as chemiluminescent bio-probe. |
