Summary: | The invention relates to a ball roller bearing, substantially consisting of an outer bearing ring (2) having a groove-shaped track (3) and an inner bearing ring (5) have a groove-shaped track (6) and a plurality of ball rollers (9, 10), which roll between said bearing rings (2, 5) in the tracks (3, 6) and are held at regular distances from each other in the circumferential direction by a bearing cage (8) and which have a width (BK) that is dimensioned larger than the radial distance (AL) between the inside (4) and the outside (7) of the bearing rings (2, 5).
