The invention provides a hand-held cable standard bend bending clamp which comprises a left clamp sheet and a right clamp sheet which are hinged together. The left clamp sheet and the right clamp sheet are provided with a handle respectively. An articulated shaft between the left clamp sheet and the right clamp sheet is provided with a center bearing. Two shifting shafts which are parallel to the articulated shaft are provided under the articulated shaft of the left clamp sheet and the right clamp sheet respectively. The shifting shafts on the left clamp sheet and the right clamp sheet have an equal distance to the articulated shaft. The shifting shafts are on relative side surfaces of the left clamp sheet and the right clamp sheet. Lengths of the shifting shaft are equal to a height of the center bearing. The shifting shaft is provided with shifting bearings respectively. Heights of the shifting bearings are equal to the height of the center bearing.
