Summary: | The invention relates to a high-speed incomplete inner equilibrium variable inertia flywheel. The high speed and the low operating and controlling force of a variable inertia flywheel are realized by using a combination consisting of a flywheel substrate provided with a spiral groove, a plurality of combination mass blocks, a slotted disc, a release bearing and a pin, so that the high-speed incomplete inner equilibrium variable inertia flywheel is particularly applicable for recycling and using braking energy of urban rail vehicles and automobiles.
