Summary: | The invention discloses a gene chip based method for detecting tumour tissue and screening a tumour serum marker. The method comprises steps of: (1) detecting tumour tissue differential expression gene in proliferative stage and catagen by gene chips and screening gene that codes a secrete protein; (2) analyzing the secrete protein coded by the acquired gene and screening out protein that can secrete into blood and has potential serum marker meaning; (3) detecting and verifying expression of potential tumour serum marker in the tumour tissue and in serum to obtain the tumour serum marker. According to the invention, the tumour serum marker is simply and effectively screened out aimed at the gene coding the secrete protein from complex tumour tissue differential expression gene; a short cut for searching serum marker from the differential expression gene in the tumour tissue is creatively conducted; problems of large working load, low accuracy and equivocal gene meaning are solved; therefore, the invention has |
