Summary:The invention discloses a eucalyptus type melaleuca alternifolia seedling raising and planting method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) degreasing: selecting excellent seedlings, shearing twig buds with length of 15 to 20 centimeters, and soaking the far ends of the twig buds into 10 to 50 percent organic solvent for 5 to 8 hours; (2) disinfecting: soaking the degreased twig buds into 1.0 to 2.0 percent disinfectant for 5 to 15 minutes, and cleaning the twig buds for 2 to 4 times by using clean water; (3) inserting twigs: planting the disinfected twig buds into degradable plastic bags containing 0.3 to 1.5 milligrams per liter of rooting element and organic fertilizer, and culturing for 10 to 30 days in the dark; (4) raising seedlings: transplanting the inserted twig buds to a greenhouse, gradually performing sunlight culture for 30 to 60 days under the illumination intensity of 2,300 to 3,200 luxes, and forming seedlings with length of 25 to 40 centimeters; and (5) planti
