Summary:A reductant dosing system for a machine having an engine and an exhaust system is disclosed. The reductant dosing system has a tank configured to hold a reductant, a dosing arrangement, and a supply passage connecting the tank to the dosing arrangement. The reductant dosing system also has a purging arrangement configured to direct purge fluid to at least one of the dosing arrangement and the supply passage, and a valve configured to allow reductant to pass from the tank to the supply passage and to inhibit purge fluid from entering the tank.
