In order to overcome the defects of long food cooking time, easy cracking, difficult cleaning and the like of the existing red porcelain vessel used as a liner of a cooking electric appliance, the blank material for manufacturing the medium-temperature red porcelain liner contains the following substances in parts by weight: 70 parts of silica, 19.5 parts of alumina, 3.2 parts of iron oxide, 0.2 part of calcium oxide, 0.5 part of magnesium oxide, 0.5 part of potassium oxide and 1.4 parts of sodium oxide, and is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of purple clay, 8 parts of kaolin, 4 parts of metahalloysite, 18 parts of quartz sand, 5 parts of potassium feldspar and 5 parts of sodium feldspar.
