Summary:The invention discloses a heat treatment process of martensite wear-resistant cast steel. The martensite wear-resistant cast steel contains carbon, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and iron; the raw materials are in percentage by weight as follows: 0.35-0.55% of C, 0.75-1.25% of Si, not more than 0.035% of P, not more than 0.03% of S, 0.95-2.20% of Mn, 1.95-2.95% of Cr, 0.15-0.22% of Mo and the balance of unavoidable impurities and Fe. The heat treatment process of the martensite wear-resistant cast steel comprises the following steps of: heating smelted and cast castings to the temperature in a range of 440-460 DEG C and keeping the heat for 2-2.5 hours; heating the castings to the temperature in a range of 660-680 DEG C and keeping the heat for 2-2.5 hours; and then heating the castings to the temperature in a range of 860-880 DEG C and keeping the heat for 0.5-1.5 hours; finally, carrying out water quenching. The heat treatment process has a simple process and low production cos
