The invention relates to a process for producing dissolving pulp by utilizing a bleaching wood pulp board, which belongs to the technical field of dissolving pulp. The process comprises the following steps of: adding an aid and alkali into a blenching chemical wood pulp board, treating at the temperature of between 165+/-5 DEG C for 120 to 240 minutes; performing H blenching; dechlorinating; and performing acidification treatment, wherein the aid is obtained by mixing quadrol, sodium borate, sodium hydrogensulfite, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether in a weight ratio of 1:1:1:1:1. In the process, hemicellulose is dissolved out by caustic cooking of adding the aid to reduce the viscosity of cooked bleaching chemical pulp; and the cooked pulp is bleached, and the viscosity is adjusted, so that the content of alpha-cellulose in the dissolving pulp is improved, the polyprenol content is reduced, and the reaction performance of wood dissolving pulp is improved.
