Summary: | The invention relates to the preparation of a scintillation crystal material and discloses a method for preparing scintillation bismuth silicon oxide powder, which comprises: ball-milling Bi2O3 and SiO2 according a molar ratio ranging from 1:1.5 to 1:2 by using absolute ethanol as a ball-milling medium to obtain a reaction raw material, and ball-milling NaCl and Na2SO4 according a molar ratio ranging from 0.3:0.7 to 0.9:0.1 by using absolute ethyl alcohol as a ball-milling medium; manually milling the dried mixed material of Bi2O3 and SiO2 and composite salt of NaCl and Na2SO4 in a mortar according to a mass ratio ranging from 1:4 to 4:1, placing the blended material in an aluminum oxide crucible, placing the crucible in a muffle furnace, keeping the temperature under a condition of a temperature of 750 to 850 DEG C for 0.5 to 3 hours, taking the crucible out and cooling; and finally washing a cooled test sample in ultrasonic waves with deionized water, drying and thus, obtaining Bi4Si3O12.
