Summary: | The invention relates to a production method capable of improving the output of lincomycin through adding glutamine. The production method is characterized in that: the glutamine is added in the fermentation process; the quantity of added glutamine is 0.04-0.06% of the weight of a culture medium; and the adding time of the glutamine is 72-96 hours. The production method has the following advantage that: the output of the lincomycin can be obviously improved through adding the glutamine which does not serve as a precursor for synthesizing the lincomycin in the fermentation process. |
