The invention which relates to a sliding shoe of a pushing ram belongs to the technical field of pushing rams. The sliding shoe of the pushing ram comprises a support of which the top is connected with the pushing ram, a sliding shoe body and a sliding shoe intermediate; the sliding shoe body and the sliding shoe intermediate connect with each other; the support is hinged to the sliding shoe intermediate through a first pin; the bottom of the support is provided with a polygonal aperture with at least four sides; a polygonal shaft sleeve with the side number equal to the side number of the polygonal aperture, which is nested in the polygonal aperture, is provided with a pinhole traversing the first pin; and the center of the pinhole deviates from the center of the polygonal aperture. By additionally arranging the polygonal aperture and the polygonal shaft sleeve, the sliding shoe of the pushing ram chooses a different way to change the hinged position between the support and the sliding shoe intermediate, so
