The invention relates to a device for rolling an outer conductor of a corrugated tube, which is characterized by mainly comprising a gauffered base (1), a blade seat (2), an angle regulator (3) and a depth regulator (4), wherein the gauffered base (1) is round; the blade seat (2) is rotatably arranged in the middle of a circular ring; a gauffered cutting tool is arranged on a blade fixing ring (20) of the blade seat (2); and one end of the blade seat (2) is connected with the angle regulator (3), and the other end of the blade seat (2) is connected with the depth regulator (4). The manufacturing process provided by the invention is simple and reasonable and has high production speed, saves the copper amount, and can be used for rolling the outer conductor of an annular gauffered copper tube and the outer conductor of a spiral gauffered copper tube only by replacing different gauffered blades.
