Summary:The invention discloses complete equipment for crushing, compressing and forming straws, comprising a crusher and a briquetting device, wherein the briquetting device comprises a briquetting motor, a speed reducer, a briquetting assembly and a bracket; the briquetting assembly comprises a horizontal ring die, a vertical shaft, a press roller and a discharge hopper; the horizontal ring die is uniformly provided with a plurality of square holes on the circumference in the horizontal direction; the crusher is used for directly feeding crushed materials into a dust remover through a material conveying air duct; and the crushed materials enter the horizontal ring die through the dust remover and are extruded and formed towards the circumference by rotating the press roller. The complete equipment disclosed by the invention is simple to operate and is high in efficiency; and the produced blocky materials are not easy to deform.
