Summary:The invention relates to a rolling method capable of controlling decarburization of a steel rail head. The rolling method comprises the following steps of: rolling in box pass in front five paths; rolling in closed inclined box pass in a sixth path; rolling in closed hat pass in a seven path; rolling in closed knifing pass in an eighth path; rolling in closed knifing pass in an ninth pass; rolling in knifing pass in a tenth path; and rolling to set size by adopting a universal mill. In the invention, by changing a pass schedule of the steel rail head, the decarburization depth of the steel rail head is reduced from 0.5mm to 0.33mm and less than 0.3mm, thus the surface hardness of the steel rail head is improved and the service life of the steel rail head is prolonged; and the traditional technological conditions are not changed, no equipment is additionally arranged, the implementation is easy, the cost is low, and the rolling method provided by the invention can be popularized to rolling in any pass on high-
