The invention relates to a tester of on-site rheology of rock mass, which comprises a loading system and a measuring system. The loading system comprises an air pump (1), an air-liquid pump (2) and loading equipment (6), the measuring system comprises a pressure transducer (4), a displacement sensor (7) and a computer (8); the loading equipment (6) is arranged on a surface of a rock test piece (9), and connected with the air-liquid pump (2) through a hydraulic pipe, the displacement sensor (7) is arranged on the displacement monitoring point of the test piece (9), and connected with the computer (8) through data lines, the computer (8) is connected with the pressure transducer (4) though data lines.
