Summary: | The invention particularly relates to heat resistant steel for grate plates of a chain grate machine, which belongs to the technical field of heat resistant steel in the industry of steel metallurgy and casting. The heat resistant steel comprises, by weight, C 0.25% to 0.35%, Si 1.25% to 1.75%, Cr 27% to 29%, Mn 2.0% to 3.0%, Ni 7.0% to 9.0%, Mo 0.3% to 0.5%, N 0.15% to 0.25%, Ti 0.05% to 0.15%, Cu 0.20% to 0.40%, B 0.0024% to 0.0026%, Re 0.04% to 0.05%, P no more than 0.04 and S no more than 0.007, with the balance being Fe. According to the invention, for a chain grate machine in a pelletizing plant operating under the working condition of alternatively changing temperatures, alloying components are changed and a proper amount of Cu, Mo, B and RE is added on the basis of conventional austenitic high alloy heat resistant steel (ZG35Cr24Ni7SDiN), which enables stability of steel in oxidative media and heat resistance of steel to be improved, adapting to requirements for grate plates of the chain grate machine |
