Summary:The utility model discloses a preparation method of a single crystal copper wire, and relates to a preparation method of a copper wire, comprising the following steps: drawing a single crystal copper rod into copper wires with the diameters of Phi 0.95mm, Phi 0.261mm, Phi 0.099mm, Phi 0.0311mm and Phi 0.0160mm; under the protection of H2 and N2, performing heat treatment on the prepared copper wire with the diameter of Phi 0.0160mm; and cleaning the copper wire after heat treatment to obtain the single crystal copper wire. Due to five times of drawing and annealing, not only does the copper wire with the diameter of 0.015mm have perfect microstructure and better mechanical and electrical properties, but also the copper wire with the diameter less than 0.015mm can be drawn. After inspection, the prepared single crystal copper wire has aubergine brightness and cleaned surface without tarnish or defect viewing under a microscope; and the mechanical property meets standard requirement of YS/T678-2008.
