The invention discloses an anti-disaster mine horizontal submersible pump capable of running amphibiously, which is formed in the way that one submersible pump (2) drags two horizontal centrifugal pumps (4) which are symmetrically arranged, wherein the end parts of high-pressure water outlet shafts of the two horizontal centrifugal pumps are connected by a double-pump coupling band (6); a workingpump of the submersible pump adopted by the technical scheme adopts a centrifugal pump and can extend into a water pipe, as the characteristic that the submersible pump only can work when being submerged can be overcome by the characteristic of the centrifugal pump, the submersible pump provided by the invention can work when not being submerged, and can be engaged into the rescue and drainage operation together with an original drainage system when the water level increases in sudden water accidents in a mine, so that drainage capability of the mine can be more effectively improved.
