The invention discloses a compensating antenna and an electronic device with the same. The compensating antenna is arranged on a substrate and comprises a radiation component, a grounding component, a resonance component and a feed-in point, wherein the radiation component is arranged on the substrate and comprises a first radiation zone, a second radiation zone and a third radiation zone; the first radiation zone and the second radiation zone are mutually connected; the second radiation zone and the third radiation zone are mutually connected; the grounding component is arranged on the substrate for grounding the compensating antenna; the resonance component extends out from the grounding component and used for generating resonance with the radiation component; the resonance component comprises a first resonance zone and a second resonance zone, wherein the first resonance zone and the second resonance zone are substantially vertical to each other; the feed-in point is positioned in the third radiation zone
