The invention provides a solar cell module, which is provided with a solar cell panel, a unit protection part, a surface protection part, a back panel and an outer frame, wherein the solar cell panel consists of a plurality of solar cell units which have a plate shape and are arranged on the same plane; the unit protection part has a plate shape in a form of covering the plurality of solar cell units which are arranged on the same plane; the surface protection part is adhered to the surface of the unit protection part; the back panel is adhered to the back surface of the unit protection part; the outer frame keeps the periphery of the solar cell panel; and the thickness of the back panel is determined to accord with the condition that the unit is close to an inclined neutral axis in the thickness direction of the panel under the condition that the solar cell panel is bent and deformed due to external force applied to the panel.
