Process for preparing hydrotalcite

Disclosed is a method of preparing hydrotalcite having superior anion exchange capability and heat stability by forming a seed so that CO32- ions are located to be maximally stable between Mg-Al layers and then conducting primary crystallization and secondary crystallization.
