Summary:The present invention has the aim of providing a heat treatment method for optimization of a GH706 alloy. The heat treatment method is utilized mainly for optimization of mechanical properties of a GH706 alloy. A GH706 alloy processed through the heat treatment method has a long-lasting performance, a superior stretching performance and a favorable anti-impact performance. The invention is characterized in that the heat treatment method comprises heating a GH706 alloy at a temperature of from 700 to 750 DEG C for 6 to 10 hours, then cooling the heated GH706 alloy at a cooling rate of 55 DEG C per hour, reheating the cooled GH706 alloy at a temperature of from 600 to 650 DEG C for 6 to 10 hours, and then cooling the reheated GH706 alloy in air.
