Summary: | The invention belongs to the technology of manufacturing of titanium alloy I-shaped section corrugation girders, and relates to a titanium alloy I-shaped section corrugation girder and an improvement on a manufacturing method of the titanium alloy I-shaped section corrugation girder. The titanium alloy I-shaped section corrugation girder is formed by connecting and combining a left side web plate (1), a right side web plate (2), an upper edge plate (3) and a lower edge plate (4), the binding faces of which form an integral structure by diffusion connection. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of mold manufacturing, baiting, plastic-exceeding forming, edge scrapping, blank surface treatment, blank group welding, diffusion connection, and cutting and welding of technical edges. For the girder and the method, the forging technology is avoided, the material utilization rate is high, the processing period is short, the cost is low, and the splicing and the welding are not needed. |
