The process comprises pretreatment, rubber extraction, filtration, ion exchange, concentration, high temperature sterilization, drying, crushing, mixing, metal detection and formation of a finished product. The process is characterized in that: the pretreatment process is the BATALK method. By the process, the consumption of water and the consumption of sulfur acid can be reduced; and the gelatin obtained by the process has high viscosity.
