The invention discloses a multifunctional spinal column exercising support which comprises two struts. The multifunctional spinal column exercising support is characterized in that each strut is composed of a fixed strut and a movable sleeve; an adjusting valve is arranged between the fixed strut and the movable sleeve; the fixed struts are fixed on a top plate; one end of each movable sleeve is provided with an L-shaped baffle with a waved plane; the waved plane is provided with a cushion having two movable plates; and each movable plate is provided with a beach shoe.
