Summary: | The invention discloses a composite carbon tool steel/plain carbon steel metallurgical lining board with high resistance, high uniformity and long service life. Aiming at characteristics of an explosive composite wear-resistant material and operating requirements of a metallurgical wear-resistant lining board, the surface induction heating principle and the metal phase transformation theory are used for controlling the depth of heat penetration, the hardness of an appropriate layer interface, and the depth and uniformity of a quench hardening layer so that the hardness of the composite layer is distributed in gradient, and the complete martensite phase change is avoided from occuring in the composite interface layer during quenching so to reduce the structure stress formed on the interface and keep the original combination state of the composite board to the greatest extend.
