Summary:The invention relates to a laminar titanium dioxide array film and a preparation method thereof. The laminar titanium dioxide film is formed by arranging hexagonal laminae parallel to a substrate in a c-axis direction, wherein the laminae are 5-20 micrometers in diameter and 10-100 nanometers thick; and each hexagonal lamina is formed by arranging 5-20nm rutile-phase titanium dioxide crystal grains in an orientated mode. The method is implemented by preparing a titanium dioxide micrometer laminar array film on FTO (fluorine doped tin oxide) conductive glass by a liquid phase method under the conditions of low temperature and no surfactant or template. The method is simple to operate, and the laminar titanium dioxide array film has the advantages of low cost, stable performance and high purity. The laminar titanium dioxide array prepared by the method provided by the invention can be widely used in the fields of solar batteries, photocatalysis, gas sensors and the like.
