The invention discloses a forming device for end arc of a steel plate, comprising an upper pressing roll and two lower pressing rolls, wherein a forming die is arranged between the upper and lower pressing rolls; the two lower pressing rolls are fixed at the lower end of the forming die and withstand the forming die; and the upper pressing roll presses the steel plate downwards so as to form the end arc along the forming die. As the lower pressing rolls withstand the forming die and the upper pressing roll rotates, the forming device can move in the vertical direction; when moving downwards, the forming device generates pressure to the end of the steel plate to be coiled; and in the rotation process, the arc which is consistent with the forming die is bent. The forming device is good in forming effect, material-saving, free of waste, simple in forming process and higher in efficiency.
