Summary:The eccentric joint fitting for a vehicle seat has a first joint arm (20) which a) is fitted with an internally toothed gearwheel (24) and b) forms a first bearing face (26), which are central with respect to a main axis (28), and a second joint arm (20) to which an eccentric wheel (30) is assigned which a) has an externally toothed pinion (32) which is located inside the internally toothed gearwheel (24) and engages therewith, and b) has a second bearing face (34). The pinion (32) and second bearing face (34) are central with respect to an eccentric axis (36). An eccentric drive part (38) is arranged in the region between the first bearing face (26) and second bearing face (34). In a clamped state, the clamping parts (42) displace the eccentric axis (36) with respect to the main axis (28). The eccentric drive part (38) defines the eccentric. A rotary drive of the eccentric drive part (38) causes the pinion (32) to rotate with respect to the internally toothed gearwheel (24) even when the clamping parts (42)
