Summary: | The invention discloses a method for improving the fruit yield of jatropha curcas through the transsexual regulation of male and female flowers, which comprises the following steps of: selecting jatropha curcas plants which survive after the planting, have the ability of flowering and bearing fruit, and have the bearing age of more than one year; performing local wound cleaning, disinfection and sterilization treatments on shaded sides of base parts of trunks and branches of the jatropha curcas; and applying a male and female flower regulator containing exogenous plant hormone preparation to the base parts of the treated trunks and branches, wherein the exogenous plant hormone preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-50 parts of S-abscisic acid, 1-20 parts of cyclodextrin, 1-20 parts of ethephon, 1-50 parts of cytokinin and 1-50 parts of D-isoascorbic acid.
