Summary: | Disclosed is a compound which is useful as a medicinal agent having a PKC[Theta] inhibition activity, particularly as an active ingredient for a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting acute rejection occurring in transplantation. Studies have been made on compounds having a PKC[Theta] inhibition activity. As a result, it is confirmed that a compound characterized by having a structure such as an aralkyl on an amino group at position-2 and also having a structure such as an adamantyl alkyl on an amino group at position-4 in 2,4-diaminopyrimidine or a salt of the compound has an excellent PKC[Theta] inhibition activity. The 2,4-diaminopyrimidine compound can be used as a PKC[Theta] inhibitor or an inhibitor of acute rejection occurring in transplantation. |
