Summary:A pulsed streamer discharge ozone generator comprises a pulse power supply, a discharge plate, and a flowmeter, and is characterized in that a high-voltage output terminal of the pulse power supply is connected to a nickel-platinum sheet of the discharge plate; a grounding terminal of the pulse power supply is connected to a stainless steel plate of the discharge plate; and an air inlet of the discharge plate is connected to the flowmeter. The technical effects of the invention are that: 1. energy which is transformed into ions and neutral substances is reduced, and no exquisite cooling electrode of a cooling system is necessary, and the cost is saved; 2. high energy electrons are generated, and the generation of low energy electrons is reduced, and the yield and the concentration of ozone is increased; 3. the discharge gap of the discharge plate and the dielectric thickness are adjustable.
