The invention discloses a carbohydrate antigen 125 chemiluminescent quantitative test kit, comprising a CA 125 detection reflection plate which is coated with an anti-CA125 antibody, an enzyme conjugate, a luminescent substrate, a calibrator, a quality control product and a washing concentrate. By the test kit provided by the invention, the content of patient serum CA125 can be detected exclusively and quantitatively, the ovarian cancer can be diagnosed, and the tumor size and the tumor types can be judged according to the level of CA125. Compared with the traditional ELISA(enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay) technique, by the test kit provided by the invention, the high specificity, the stability and the reliability of the detection result, and the operational simplicity of the ELISA technique are reserved, and the sensitivity of the detection can be improved by adopting a chemiluminescent method.
