Summary: | The invention discloses a resistive-bed coating material for a resistance card of a zinc oxide arrester, which belongs to a resistance material and aims to provide a resistive-bed material which is coated on the side face of the resistance card of the zinc-oxide arrester. The coating material is prepared by mixing a ceramic material, deionized water of which the weight is equal to the weight of the ceramic material and 3 mass percent polyvinyl alcohol water solution which is 1 percent of the weight of the ceramic material, wherein the ceramic material is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 42.6 to 48.5 percent of zinc oxide, 22.5 to 30.5 percent of antimony oxide, 15 to 20 percent of bismuth oxide, 7 to 8 percent of silicon oxide and 0.05 to 1 percent of lithium carbonate.
