The invention relates to the field of integration of barefoot well completion of horizontal wells of oil and gas field development, staged fracturing and production, in particular to an external differential pressure opening circulating valve. A supporting and clamping mechanism (5) of the circulating valve is arranged in an upper adapter (1) and an outer cylinder (3); a hydraulic cylinder sliding sleeve mechanism (4) is arranged in the outer cylinder (3); and a circulating passage (6) is formed on the outer cylinder (3). The external differential pressure opening circulating valve can conveniently and safely ensure the communication between sleeve pipes, and effectively prevents other tools conveyed into an oil pipe in the production process from falling into a horizontal well section so as to guarantee the production safety of the horizontal well. The disadvantages that snubbing operation is needed and the construction risk is high in the prior art are overcome.
