The invention discloses a speed-changing shaft for a self-propelled corn harvester. The speed-changing shaft comprises a tile box base, a speed-changing spindle and a speed-changing system, wherein the speed-changing system consists of a driving shaft spline sleeve, a driving disc, a driven disc spline sleeve, a driven disc, a plunger and a cylinder. A hydraulic speed-changing shaft controls oil inlet and outlet of an oil cavity through an oil line so as to push the driven disc to move, the rotating speed of the speed-changing spindle of the harvester is changed by adjusting the size of an opening between the driving disc and the driven disc so as to realize stepless speed regulation; and the speed-changing shaft is simple in structure, stepless in speed change, stable in operation, low in noise, low in failure rate and low in manufacturing cost. The speed-changing shaft can be used for the self-propelled corn harvester and is used for driving a walking intermediate shaft and harvesting in a corn field.
