The invention discloses a winding machine for a paper tube-type voice coil, which comprises a rack, a cam cutter arranged on the rack, a clamp mechanism connected with the cam cutter in a rotating manner, a plurality of clamps arranged on the clamp mechanism, and a winding mechanism, a hot air gun and a wire shearing mechanism which are arranged on the rack. The winding machine for a paper tube-type voice coil further comprises a paper tube assembling mechanism for assembling paper tubes on the clamps and a voice gauge assembling mechanism for assembling voice gauges on the clamps and inserting the voice gauges in the paper tubes. The lower part of the clamp mechanism is provided with a knockout mechanism. The paper tubes and the voice gauges do not need to be manually assembled, the production efficiency of the voice coil can be effectively improved, the production cost can be reduced, and the product qualified rate is high. The assembled paper tubes, coils winded on the paper tubes and the voice gauges can
