Summary:The invention discloses a novel oxygen lance cooling method. An ion exchange column converts tap water into softened water, the softened water flows into a micro seepage detection device through a water supply flow meter and then enters a closed pipeline, the softened water enters an oxygen lance under the action of a circulating pump and cools the oxygen lance, then the return water directly enters a closed cooling tower and then returns to the inlet of the circulating pump to cool the oxygen lance after the heat exchange is completed; and then the operation is repeated round and round. The method has the advantages of low energy consumption, safety, reliability, high automation degree and the like, and is suitable for cooling equipment in a high-temperature environment.
