Summary:The invention relates to an aluminium die casting and a welding method of aluminium forging materials. When the aluminium die castings and the aluminium forging materials are stacked up for welding, the cooling speed and the solidification speed of a molten pool surface when the molten pool is shifted into a welding line are reduced, thereby the hardness of the aluminium forging materials can be prevented from being reduced, and the aluminium forging materials can be prevented from cracking, and the welding strength of the aluminium forging materials and the aluminium die castings is greatly improved. When the aluminium forging materials and the aluminium die castings are welded in a manner of T-shaped structure, the thickness (D2) of the welding line can be increased by one welding, thereby the welding strength of the aluminium forging materials and the aluminium die castings is greatly improved, the appearance of the welding and the work efficiency are both improved.
