Summary: | The invention relates to a Cr-Ti-C-N-O polybasic composite ceramic membrane on the surface of a steel-based material and a preparation method thereof. The composite ceramic membrane layer sequentially comprises a TiCrC layer, a TiCrCN layer, a TiCrN layer, a CrN layer and a Cr2O3 layer from the surface of the steel-based material to outside and has the total thickness of 12-18 microns.
