Summary: | The invention relates to a solid-state pulse forming line energy storage dielectric material and a preparation method thereof. The solid-state pulse forming line energy storage dielectric material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70 to 90 percent of Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3 and 10 to 30 percent of nano MgO. According to the Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3-based solid-state pulse forming line energy storage dielectric material and the preparation method thereof, the density of Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3 is improved to be over 98.5 percent, grains are refined to be 1 to 2 micrometers, the dielectric constant is kept between 260 and 500, the dielectric loss is reduced to be about 4-6*10<-4>, the pulse breakdown field intensity is improved to be 24-45kV/mm, the energy storage density is improved to be 0.67-1.14J/cm , and the parameters well meet the application requirement of the solid-state pulse forming line energy storage dielectric material. |
