With a diluted coagulating bath supply volume of 121m /h, a diluted coagulating bath temperature of 47 to 45 DEG C, a heating steam pressure of 0.068MPa (surface saturated steam), a cooling water entrance temperature of 32 DEG C and a diluted coagulating bath specific gravity of 1.275, the evaporation process realizes the following new process performance: an evaporation capacity of 8,000kg/h, a concentrated coagulating bath temperature of 40 to 43 DEG C, a steam consumption of 3,200kg/h, a concentrated coagulating bath specific gravity of 1.285, a cooling water consumption of 190m /h (water temperature less than or equal to 24 DEG C) and 250m /h (water temperature less than or equal to 31 DEG C), and a steam to water ratio of 0.4:1.
